Gabriella Gómez-Mont is the founder and director of Laboratorio para la Ciudad, the experimental arm and creative think tank of the Mexico City government. Gabriella has won several international awards and recognitions for her work in different disciplines. Gabriella is a Fabrica alumni, a TED Senior Fellow and a Yale World Fellow, and was recently selected as a World Cities Summit Young Leader.

Charles works with cities around the world to help them make the most of their potential and facilitates complex urban change projects. He is co-founder of the Creative Bureaucracy Festival. He has published extensively. Panthea is the Executive Director of Reboot. In over 30 countries, she's facilitated unlikely but transformative collaborations between communities, activists, and institutions to advance social justice. Panthea has led global co-creation processes to protect civic space, tackle corruption, strengthen participatory democracy, reform international agencies, and drive media innovation.
